Order processing times

Each piece is made to order. Our orders are processed within 1-2 business days. During seasonal times like Black Friday and Christmas, order processing can take up to 5 business days. We appreciate your patience while we prepare your order.

 

Shipping times

We ship from our head quarters located in the United States. We currently ship to the United States with plans to expand to new countries in early 2023!

• Orders shipping within the United States should arrive within 3-5 business days.
  

 

Shipping costs

Orders shipping to an address in the United States will have free shipping.

 

Local pick up

Local pick up may be available on request. Please email local pick up requests to peter@customcoppercuffs.com

 

Returns, exchanges, cancellations

Full refunds and exchanges are offered for regular priced merchandise within 30 days. Refunds will be returned to the original payment method used to make the purchase. For all returns or exchanges :

• Items must not be damaged.
• You must include the original packaging.
• You must present a valid receipt.

If you would like to cancel or make a change to your order, you are able to do so within 3 hours after you receive you order confirmation. Please contact us directly at +1 (970) 456-5370 so we can make these changes immediately. If your order ships and the changes have not been made, please return items unused for a full credit.
